How to Organize Teaching Files in Google Drive

1. Create a new folder for each class you teach.


 

2. Inside of the folder, create a new folder for each unit you teach.


 

3. Inside of that folder, create a new folder for each unit activity that has more than 1 handout.


 

4. Make multiple copies of any handouts that you need for multiple units and save a copy in each unit folder. This way you do not have to go searching for them.
